Refund/Return Policy

We do not offer refunds/returns for personalized items or custom wood boxes. However, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied. If there are any issues with your custom gift, please message us within 7 business days of delivery. 

Cancellations or refunds might be available for non-custom orders. A request must be received within 24 hours.

All items ship via USPS Priority Mail, as well as UPS. We are not responsible for damages during delivery or shipping to an incorrectly provided address. If your item was damaged, please take pictures and send them to us right away so we may begin the claim process.
